Description
Featuring friction reducing scallops cut into the entire width of each blade, the Professional Forged Damascus Chef Knife Set of 5 is forged completely from hand selected high carbon steel and 15N20 stainless. Excellent for food prep, including Sushi and a wide range of other kitchen needs. The most avid of chefβs prefer to use the right knife for the right job. Note, this is a custom knife set made as a one-off for each blade profile.
The Professional Forged Damascus Chef knives are razor sharp, sharper than expected with an edge angle of 15 degrees. The handles are handcrafted of hardwood and camel bone, pinned to the full tang. Chopping, slicing, and precise incisions are what these are made for.
Use and care: After each use, wash with mild soap and water, then immediately pat/wipe dry with clean lint-free cloth. Apply vegetable oil to the blades and tangs immediately after drying.Β Store in a dry space. If stored for prolonged periods of time, it may be good to apply more vegetable oil periodically (every 1-3 months) to prevent oxidation.
